SHIPPING COST: AU$7.50 per order to one address Australia-wide for regular shipping (for areas remote to Gold Coast Qld please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery). EXPRESS SHIPPING not available during Stock-take sale. Mystery Packs are free post and BubbaLogs are $1.50 per BubbaLog.

SHIPPING TIME: Your order will normally be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. Products on order, products available as pre-order, handmade items and packs containing handmade items may take slightly longer to ship, however this will be stated in the item category/listing. If there are any delays in dispatching your order for any reason, we will keep you updated of this via email. Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers we CANNOT guarantee shipping time or be held responsible for any delays in delivery to you. Please allow approx. 24-48 hours for any tracking numbers to appear on the Australia Post/Fastway system. WA, NT, SA, TAS, and all rural residents, allow up to 5-10 working days for your parcel to arrive if you have not upgraded to Express Post. INCORRECT ADDRESS: Your Cheeky Monkey is not liable for missing or incorrectly delivered orders if incorrect address or postcode is supplied. It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct details at time of placing order PLEASE NOTE ADDRESS IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO LABELLING SOFTWARE AS IT IS TYPED IN BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN PLACING ORDER. A re-shipping fee of $7.95 will apply to any orders that need to be re-sent due to incorrect address. We are not responsible for orders sent to hospitals where the recipient has checked out. A re-shipping fee will apply.
SAFE DROP: In instances where customer requests parcel to be left at premises by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, Your Cheeky Monkey takes no responsibility for parcels that go missing or are damaged in transit.

UNPAID ORDERS: Orders placed without payment or contact will only be held for a maximum of 1 day before cancelling the order and returning items to the store.
|PACKAGING AND INVOICES: We are an eco-friendly business and always re-use shipping boxes and packaging where possible to limit landfill. You will not receive a print-out of your invoice with your order, as these are sent by email when you place your order.|
GIFTS: You can have the gift sent to recipient of your choice (within Australia). We offer gift wrapping at a low price and can include a gift tag with your message. Please leave a message with details if you require gift wrapping. We also specialise in delivering gift baskets for new babies to the maternity ward at Pindara Private Hospital. Please check your recipient is still in the hospital and make sure all details are correct, a re-shipping fee will apply for gift packs and baskets where the recipient has left the hospital.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES:
While we pack your items with the utmost care we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. In the event of this happening a dispute will be lodged with the relevant carrier and the outcome will be notified in due course. Any items that do go missing in transit or any other issue with the delivery of the parcel will not be replaced or refunded until investigations with Australia Post/Fastway Couriers are complete.
We will accept returns ONLY within a 2 week period from purchase date on items that were sent due to error on our part or have a fault. Items need to be returned in exactly the same new state as they were sent. Credit notes are issued on returns. We do not accept returns if the item has been washed or used. We do not pay or refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. No returns accepted if you have simply changed your mind. Any items being returned for exchange or warranty to be shipped back to us at customers cost. Any items believed to be wrong or faulty need to be evidenced by clear photograph before return is accepted. Any items undergoing a warranty claim are to be returned to our postal address before replacement will be issued. Warranty replacement products will not be offered on normal wear and tear or on products not used in manner intended (for example, comforters that have been chewed on). Your Cheeky Monkey is not responsible for any changes the manufacturer makes to the design in a comforter. Changes do occur from time to time in regards to size, label design, etc, and it is the customers responsibility to check before purchase if the comforter they are purchasing is the same batch/design as the one they already own. CUSKI Warranty Returns - We will only assess Cuski for a warranty replacement if the label on the head is attached and intact. If label is removed no replacements will be offered under any circumstances.
Title and responsibility for goods pass to the purchaser only after full payment has been received. Orders not completed within 6 months may be canceled/refunded or otherwise processed at the sellers sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the inventory is for some reason incorrect at time of placing order. In the event of this happening any payments will be refunded immediately in full.

Your Cheeky Monkey recommends all parents and carers to follow the SIDS Safe Sleep Guidelines for your baby at all times in regards to clothing, swaddling, bedding, toys and comforters. Chewable pendants and necklaces are not toys and are never to be given to children under 3 unsupervised, they are designed for a baby to chew on only when worn by an adult.
